altivis™ is a division of Multi Service Corporation, exclusive contractor of the U.S. Government SEA Card® Program. Multi Service Corporation was founded in 1978 as a global transaction management company specializing in billing and payment solutions, such as credit cards, with particular expertise in the transportation industry. The company has since worked consistently with major oil suppliers in the trucking, aviation and marine industries.
In 2004, Multi Service was contracted by the U.S. Government to develop and facilitate an online transaction management platform to streamline its aviation and marine fuel procurement processes.
