Direct Offer

Both marine fuel buyers and suppliers register with the altivis program. Suppliers can elect to bill buyers for transactions placed through the order management system. This is the Direct offer, which links the fuel buyer with their key suppliers.

Full Service

altivis has the account relationship with the fuel buyer for billing and collections, which also provides a wealth of benefits for the buyer:

• A credit line with altivis for purchasing with the worldwide network of Suppliers who participate in the Full Service program
• A flexible system for the fuel buyer or broker who is representing the buyer
• Ability for buyers to negotiate deals with their suppliers or use their own contracted prices to either place an enquiry/nomination directly to a supplier or use the full enquiry process
• Online enquiry and price offer tracking, allowing the buyer to see all pending purchases, enquiry requests, etc. on a single screen, simplifying their process management
